For our little guys ...I'm right there with you! For our little guys first birthday I made a 9x13 oatmeal cake without the icing. He ate it up, but it wasn't very pretty - hello! Brown cake? <br /><br />For his second birthday, I searched around on-line for some "train" cake ideas. I was pretty happy with the way it turned out, but it definitely wasn't perfect (Martha Stewart isn't calling!) <br /><br />I've asked our little guy what kind of cake he wants this year & I think he might want another train cake. We'll see. We still have about 6 months. <br /><br />I loved your castle cake.
