I'm trying to put together hot water bath canning recipes to use this summer and fall. Do you have any to pass on?

Also, though I prefer to can with as little (or no) sugar as possible I've been told that over here that shouldn't be done as the fruit needs the sugar to help with the preservation process. Any thoughts on that?Renessa Belohlavekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15841189670583857303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34097723.post-15428811311590149862011-02-10T20:17:28.252+08:002011-02-10T20:17:28.252+08:00What can I say to the woman who gave me baked oatm...What can I say to the woman who gave me baked oatmeal and chai concentrate? Of the top of my head, I can think of bagels, chai tea, honey pan rolls, and breadsticks that we make on a regular basis. I do know what you mean about Joy of Cooking. Was one of my favorites before we moved here and now is all stained from how much I pull it out. When we first arrived we ate so many pancakes, as a backup, after throwing away dinners that just didn't work. I forget sometimes how far we have come even in the past two years. Thanks for the reminder! Also love reading your stories. Cannot tell you how often I am reading and get teary eyed, or close out of your blog and just feel encouraged to go back to day to day stuff. Thanks!
Blessings,
Kelly J.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34097723.post-25389224965373097562011-02-09T20:02:11.669+08:002011-02-09T20:02:11.669+08:00Great idea and nice planning for recipe . best rec...Great idea and nice planning for recipe . best recipe details shared this post . amazing your thinking and nice article use this post. thanksRomantic Dinner Brugeshttp://www.pergolakaffee.com/romanticdinner.aspxnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34097723.post-30311101615519261752011-02-09T04:50:54.793+08:002011-02-09T04:50:54.793+08:00WHAT an interesting blog post.
