Exactly WHAT is going on here?

I have a simple request for you all tonight: give this photo a name! I'll let you discern exactly what is happening and come up with a catchy title. Uniqueness of this magnitude needs expression, don't you think? Help me out here! Just leave your suggestion in the comment section. Have fun!
